How to Add Contact Forms to WordPress

1 min read

To ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, it’s important that we receive your images, content, and design assets in an organized and accessible format. Here’s a simple guide to help you share everything we need for your web design or development project.

✅ What to Include #

Please organize and send the following (as applicable to your project):

  • Logo Files (preferably in SVG, PNG, or AI format)
  • Brand Style Guide (colors, fonts, usage rules, etc.)
  • High-Quality Images (products, team, workspace, events, etc.)
  • Icons or Graphic Elements
  • Content Files (Word Docs, Google Docs, PDFs)
  • Any Design References (existing designs, mood boards, inspiration websites)

🔄 Preferred Methods to Share Files #

Google Drive (Recommended) #

Create a folder on Google Drive and organize your assets into subfolders (e.g., “Logos”, “Team Photos”, “Content”). Then:

  • Share the folder with our email: [your-agency-email@example.com]
  • Share the folder with our email: [your-agency-email@example.com]
  • Set access permissions to “Anyone with the link can view” (or “Editor” if collaboration is needed)

Dropbox #

Upload your assets into a Dropbox folder and:

  • Click “Share” and generate a link
  • Send us the link via email or your project communication channel

🗂 Folder Structure Example #

/Project Name - ClientName
  /Logos
  /Website Content
  /Images
    /Team
    /Office
    /Events
  /Brand Guide
  /References

📝 Tips for Better Collaboration #

  • Name files clearly (e.g., homepage-banner.jpg instead of IMG_1234.jpg)
  • Avoid blurry or low-resolution images
  • Mention preferred image placements (if any)
  • Let us know if any assets are placeholders or final
