✅ What to Include #
Please organize and send the following (as applicable to your project):
- Logo Files (preferably in SVG, PNG, or AI format)
- Brand Style Guide (colors, fonts, usage rules, etc.)
- High-Quality Images (products, team, workspace, events, etc.)
- Icons or Graphic Elements
- Content Files (Word Docs, Google Docs, PDFs)
- Any Design References (existing designs, mood boards, inspiration websites)
🔄 Preferred Methods to Share Files #
Google Drive (Recommended) #
Create a folder on Google Drive and organize your assets into subfolders (e.g., “Logos”, “Team Photos”, “Content”). Then:
- Share the folder with our email: [your-agency-email@example.com]

- Set access permissions to “Anyone with the link can view” (or “Editor” if collaboration is needed)
Dropbox #
Upload your assets into a Dropbox folder and:
- Click “Share” and generate a link
- Send us the link via email or your project communication channel
